How long will it take to ship my item?

In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days, made-to-order and artisanal products may take 2-3 weeks.

Are there any customs or import duties?

If you purchase from overseas, customs duties and import taxes may be incurred during customs clearance. These costs will be borne by the customer.

What if there's a problem with the product?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. If the product is damaged or defective, we will replace it or refund you.

Can I get gift wrapping?
